It's a closed platform: there are no CRM, ticketing or POS integrations, and club data leaves the platform as CSV exports from your dashboard.
Yes. Venue partnerships work in any location, with no distance limit, so you can partner with venues across as many cities as your fans reach. Your dashboard shows an aggregated check-in heatmap, and you can pin any campaign to a specific place when you want it location-bound.
If you exceed 100,000 active fans, additional fans are charged at $0.02 per fan. You’re never locked out — the platform keeps working and overages are added to your next invoice.
