Your next sponsor is already
in your stands.
The season ticket holder in row F owns a car wash. Venue partnerships turn the businesses your fans already run — and the places they already spend — into club revenue, with points auctions and sponsor data driving the engagement behind it.
The Opportunity
Sponsors want numbers. Most clubs guess.
Sponsors stopped buying reach. They want to know who showed up, how often, and what they did — and most clubs can’t tell them. So the conversation ends with “we’ll get back to you.”
Meanwhile your fans are already spending money on match day — at the pub, the café, the shop down the road. Look closer and it’s better than that: the woman who argues with the ref every other Saturday runs that café, and half your stand has their name painted on a van. None of it comes back to the club.
Game Set Engage turns engagement into income. Venue partnerships pay your club a fee on match-day check-ins and everyday deal redemptions alike, points auctions keep fans turning up week after week, and every campaign produces the verified data that closes a sponsor.
How Your Club Earns
One stream pays your club. Two make it bigger.
Turn local pubs and cafés into a revenue stream.
Local businesses — very often your own fans’ — register, partner with your club, and join your check-in campaigns. Fans who watch there earn bonus points, the venue adds its own deal, and a fee on each billable check-in flows back to your club.
And it doesn’t stop at match day. Attach points to venue deals and fans earn them any day the offer runs — a Tuesday at the barber counts, not just Saturday at the ground. Every confirmed redemption bills the venue’s transaction fee, at the amount you set.
You approve every partner from the dashboard. Game Set Engage takes a small commission tied to your plan tier — the rest is yours.
Auction experiences fans bid for with points.
Put a signed shirt, a matchday mascot slot, or a stadium tour up for auction. Fans bid with the engagement points they’ve earned — not their wallets — so auction week drives a spike in check-ins and participation.
You give away things money can’t easily buy, and get a surge of engagement in return.
Walk into sponsor meetings with proof.
Run a sponsor’s deal code through your campaigns and you can show exactly how many fans redeemed it, where, and how often. That’s the verified ROI sponsors pay for — not a follower count.
When the sponsorship lands, the money is yours — Game Set Engage only ever takes a commission on venue partnership fees.

FAQ
Common questions about revenue growth.
Venues register on Game Set Engage, browse active check-in campaigns from any club — there is no distance limit, so an alumni bar in another city counts — and apply to become a partner. You review and approve applications from your dashboard. Once approved, fans can check in at that venue during your campaigns and earn bonus points. The venue sets its own deal for fans.
Only on venue partnership fees. When a fan checks in at a partner venue on match day, or redeems a venue deal on any day it runs, the venue pays a small fee — that flows to your club, minus a platform commission tied to your plan tier (it drops as you move up). That commission is the only cut we take. Auctions run on engagement points, not cash, so there are no proceeds to share — and anything you earn elsewhere, sponsorships included, is entirely yours.
If you attach points to venue deals, yes. A fan who claims a partner’s offer — a Tuesday haircut, a lunchtime deal — picks up your club’s points on top of the venue’s discount once the venue confirms the claim, once per offer per day. You set the points value and the venue’s fee from your dashboard; both start at zero until you do.
Your dashboard tracks everything: total fan count, active fans per campaign, check-in counts by location, deal code redemption rates, survey completion rates, and participation trends over time.
Yes. Deal code campaigns let you distribute codes from any partner — sponsors, local businesses, or your own club shop. You see exactly how many fans redeemed each code, giving sponsors clear ROI data.
Run the numbers
A 5,000-fan club can earn around $2,580 a month.
That’s a club with five partner venues and roughly 30% of fans active. Plug in your own numbers to see what your fan base could be worth.
